Role Overview
Smile Innovations Corp., Tempe, AZ, seeks Dentist. Req. DMD/DDS or foreign equiv. + 5 yrs exp. Diagnose/treat dental conditions; interpret imaging; perform restorations, root canals, extractions, periodontal surgery, implants, orthodontics, TMJ/Sleep Apnea treatment; design/place prosthetics; conduct oral surgery; promote preventive care; develop treatment plans; administer sedation/anesthesia; prescribe meds; use lasers, scanning, 3-D printing/milling, rotary systems; maintain records.
Core Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat a broad range of dental conditions across restorative and preventive care.
Interpret radiographs and other imaging to inform treatment plans.
Perform direct/indirect restorations, endodontic therapy (root canals), extractions, periodontal surgery, and implant placement/restoration.
Provide orthodontic care as appropriate and evaluate/treat TMJ and sleep apnea cases within scope.
Design, prepare, and place fixed and removable prosthetics.
Conduct oral surgery procedures within scope and refer appropriately when indicated.
Promote preventive care and patient education; present and co-develop written treatment plans.
Administer local anesthesia and sedation (within licensure/scope).
Prescribe medications as clinically indicated.
Utilize modern technologies: soft/hard-tissue lasers, intraoral scanners, 3D printing/milling workflows, rotary endodontic systems.
Complete accurate, timely clinical records and documentation.
who we're looking for?

Licensed Dentist in Arizona (DDS/DMD)
Active Arizona dental license (or eligibility to obtain) and current DEA/CPR certifications.
Passionate about patient-centered care
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience post-licensure preferred.
Comfort with digital workflows (scanning, CAD/CAM, 3D printing/milling) and laser applications.
Interested in both general and cosmetic dentistry
Thrives in a collaborative, growth-focused environment
Strong patient communication skills; clear, ethical treatment planning and case presentation.
