PPO
We accept all PPO insurances at Smile Innovations. (Preferred Provider Organization) means that you can go to the dentist of your choice. This is the most common insurance and the benefits are determined by your employer and insurance company.
As a complimentary service for you, we can verify and submit your claims to the insurance company. If the insurance company chooses not to pay your claim, it is your responsibility to pay for your treatment. As a courtesy to our patients, we give an estimate of what your insurance will cover from your insurance representative. The estimate is not a guarantee of payment. It will be up to your insurance plan whether they decide to pay the claim or not. We do our best to help patients maximize their plans benefit. Typically PPO insurances will cover 50% on major treatment, 80% for basic care and 100% preventative care.
HMO’S, Discount Plans, Capitation Plans
We do not accept Dental HMO, Discount Plans & Capitation Plans because they are not true insurance plans. We recommend against signing up for such plans, because in the end you are responsible for paying for everything. Typically these “insurance plans” have hidden additional costs and have no benefit for our patients. Most of these plans are marketing gimmicks that cost the patient more money.
Care Credit
We also accept Care Credit, which is a credit card designed specifically for health care and offers special financing every time the card is used. Care Credit requires no introductory rate, no application fees and no prepayment penalties. Care Credit is a 3rd party financing company and can be used for any type of health care services.

- Compassionate Finance provides easy, flexible financing that allows you to make affordable monthly payments on major healthcare procedures that previously may have seemed too cost prohibitive.
